Description: A race of plainsmen, the people of Rohan are known to many as the Rohirrim. Situated to the north of Gondor, their ally, the lands of Rohan are a thoroughfare for travelers between north and south, east and west. Consequently the soldiers of Rohan, all trained riders, maintain vigilant patrols on their land in such dangerous times as those preceding the War of the Ring. In battle the Rohirrim bear bright mail, tall & noble helms, and long lances of ash. Comic Con 2005 Exclusive!

Description: Sideshow and WETA are proud to offer fans a four-part series of Troll busts, reproductions of the actual pre-production maquettes used during the design process for the film 'Return of the King.' Artists at WETA created these maquettes under the direction of Richard Taylor, studies of the various trolls that fought for Sauron during the siege of Minas Tirith. These maquettes were used by the artists tasked to determine the final armor design & skin coloration, and served as reference for the digital artists that brought the trolls to life on screen.
Fourth and last in the series... GROND... GROND... GROND. Sauron's armies chanted loudly as the trolls moved the immense battering ram into position at the gates of Minas Tirith. With the gates broken, Sauron's trolls and orcs spilled into the city, forcing the oppressed Gondorian soldiers to retreat deeper into the city.

Description: Elves of the woodland realm of Lothlórien, the Galadhrim were a mighty people, deadly skilled in the arts of archery and swordplay. As the war began to spread across Middle-earth, a host of Galadhrim soldiers were dispatched by the Lady Galadriel and Lord Celeborn to aid the besieged people of Rohan. Sent under their captain, Haldir, they arrived at the Rohirrim fortress of Helm's Deep in time to aid the defense against the might of Saruman's Uruk-hai army.

Description: Son and heir of King Elendil, Isildur was a proud and mighty soldier in the Second Age. He accompanied his father during their assault upon the fortress of the Dark Lord, Sauron. Isildur's actions in that most fateful confrontation would drive the course of history for centuries to come.

Description: As the Herald of King Gil-galad in the Second Age, Elrond rallied the forces of light behind his lord's banner in the battle of the Last Alliance. His wisdom and fortitude were instrumental in the success of their campaign against the agents of evil in Middle-earth, and his vision would foretell many of the events that would follow.

Description: When Sauron's evil threatened all of Middle-earth in the Second Age, High Elven King, Gil-galad, together with his ally Elendil, king of the Men of Numenor, mustered a great force to repel the Dark Lord's advance. A mighty warrior in battle, Gil-galad personally led the assault on Sauron's fortress. It would prove a fateful day for the last Elven king.
