Policies and Information
| Shop hours: Our shop is like no other. Therefore, it doesn't keep regular hours like other shops. Your best chance of finding our store in Queenstown open is as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 12pm-ish to 5pm-ish
Sunday: Closed, open by appointment only
These hours are not guaranteed, due to other external commitments, but we do try our best to keep them, and quite often we are there in the evenings as well. If you are
coming to Queenstown and going to visit us, please feel
free to email, text or call us in advance to check our hours or book an appointment to visit.
SHOP CLOSED Thursday 25th March to Wednesday 7th April 2010 due to attendence at Armageddon Expos in Christchurch and Wellington.

Stock availability: Our website is updated regularly
and to the best of our ability, all items listed are currently
in stock. Please note however that on rare occasions some
items may be out of stock when requested.
Stock Status definitions:
In Stock: Item is in
stock in our shop in Queenstown and can ship immediately.
Out of Stock: Item is
not in stock in our store, but may be available to order
back in or has already been ordered.
Available to Order:
Item is not in stock in our store, but can be ordered from
our supplier and brought in with our next imported shipment. Delivery time will vary.
Pre-order now: Item
has been announced for release but not available to order,
however pre-orders are now beng accepted.
SOLD OUT: Item has been
sold out and to the best of our knowledge not available
to order again.

Collectible items: Unless stated, all of our items
are considered to be in new, ex-factory condition. Remember
that Busts, Mini-Busts & Statues are usually hand-painted
and paint variations and minor imperfections occur normally.

Prices & Payment: We currently accept Visa,
Mastercard, Bank Transfers within New Zealand and Paypal.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include
NZ Goods and Services Tax. Whilst every effort is made to
keep prices accurate on our website, prices are subject
to change without notice.

Customs Charges: Please note that individual country's
Customs Offices may charge additional duty or taxes on items
sent outside of New Zealand, which cannot be quoted and
is at your own cost. We accept no responsibility for these
charges.

Shipping: We are happy to ship both nationally and
internationally. Postage and shipping costs are extra to
any items price and are quoted individually based upon order
due to difference in size and weight of items. We are very
experienced in shipping such Collectibles and pack items
extremely well, in order to get them to you as we would like to receive them ourselves! We use New Zealand Post to ship most items, feel free to check out their rates at www.nzpost.co.nz. Usually items take 7-10 working days to arrive. Insurance
is available to some countries and recommended. We are not
responsible for items damaged in transit by postal services,
however we will assist you in any way we can to help you
reclaim any expenses.

Pre-orders: Pre-orders are happily taken and encouraged
for upcoming items. However due to the vague nature of the
Collectibles business and our location, please understand
the following:
A deposit may be required for Pre-orders.
We are usually unable to provide an accurate price
on Pre-orders until items have cleared New Zealand customs
and all shipping charges have been paid.
On rare occasions we get short-shipped certain items
due to other retailers over-ordering, which is beyond our
control, therefore a pre-order is not a guarantee that you
will get the item.
There is no obligation to purchase if the final price
of an item substantially differs from a price we have indicated.
We do our utmost to keep you informed of the status
of your pre-order.

Ordering in stock: Any item that we are ordering
in especially for you will require full payment before
we place the order. This is fully refundable if the item
is unavailable however is non-refundable if you cancel your
order and can only be converted to store credit. |
